DIS Group of Companies is a fast expanding family-driven organisation dedicated to make improvements for a better life in the metal, steel, building and construction industry. Merck discovers, develops, manufactures and markets various products, trades and services to meet the industrial, commercial and domestic needs. Our Directors, Eve and Daniel Farrugia, have set the course for the future. This new mission statement defines our future perspectives, our goals and our values, and guides our strategy at a time of sweeping change.
