The Group integrates diversification of various building and construction trades, from conception to finalization, covering different stages of business, from acquisition, design, financing, structuring and construction, to engineering and project management, marketing and sales, etc. DIS Group is fast expanding into the construction industry both in Malta, as well as on the International level.
As a Maltese family owned Group of Companies, our Group promotes a vast range of products including metal or steel fabrication and erection, aluminium and pvc works, woodworks, glassworks, curtain walling, cladding, roofing, elevators, flexible ducting, tiles, energy saving lighting, contract furniture such as wooden doors, as well as tools and accessories.
This year, DIS Group of Companies participated in the 6th edition of the Libya Build Fair. As a first-time participant our Group had the opportunity to showcase our products and identify potential partners to strike a commercial relationship. Mr Daniel Farrugia, managing director of DIS Group of Companies, stated that the company is in the process of opening the first retail DIS outlet in Tripoli and he believes that the prospects are very positive. The Group markets also markets scaffolding and shuttering equipment and services. There are great opportunities for Maltese companies to take advantage of the changing business climate in Libya especially within the building and construction industry. The company has been actively promoting their products and services for the last eight years and have tendered for several projects that are presently at the final construction stages.
