Our quality assurance procedures encompass an array of services, including preplanning, coordination of engineering, materials procurement activities, scheduling, safety, labor supervision, packing, transportation, delivery and installation standards and other field procedures, supervision of startup, troubleshooting, value analysis, dispute resolution among contractors, health and safety and training/certification. Our quality assurance program helps certify that work is done correctly the first time to eliminate the expenses associated with re-work and punch list items.
